I’m on the 32nd floor of the Excelsior in Causeway Bay, Hong Kong. Out of my window I have a view east towards Kowloon Bay. Its hardly a lonely sea here, and the sky is hazed, but just watching it and the hawks as they fly under my window is fascinating. I simply love harbours, and badly want to leave Wiltshire and move back to Cardiff, locating myself in the docks if possible. Ironically really as my grandparents spent a lot of time saving every penny they had to leave the docks! In those days the police entered the area only in twos. That aside I had a great dinner this evening with old friends Leif Edvinsson to my right, Patrick Lamb and Kim Sbarcea to my left and Nick Gorjestani opposite. Some new friends there as well and the whole thing hosted by Les Hales and Eric Tsui. Chinese food lends itself to good conversation, and I had the new iTouch version of SenseMaker™ with me which got a lot of interest. Expect some conference blogging tomorrow
