KM on the Wet Coast

July 24, 2008

I had a meeting the other day with Dan Shannon in a Starbucks in Vancouver (no new city mugs this trip by the way). I last met him when I was teaching at Royal Roads and he is a part of our practitioner network. It was a good session, lots of things discussed and some interesting possible projects. I am getting more and more interested in applying complexity to large projects and the design of IT architectures to provide greater flexibility so that subject came up along with a whole bunch of KM issues. What I had not expected was the novel way he would represent the meeting (see below). Just for the record frames 1 & 5 are good illustrations of canadian self-deprication. The tool he uses looks cute as well and one we might use to deploy work on archetypes.
