KMaus09: Frank

Frank Connolly from the Victoria Police is now up. Now Frank has an almost unique ability to pick up ideas and methods from different people, and create a synthesis. He has been one of our most experienced network members and his observations on his life in the the government of the state of Victoria should be interesting. I’ll let his words of his main themes largely speak for themselves (in italics).

The more advanced we become in our own field of practice, the further we leave behind those who might benefit most from our know-how, people came onto a narrative project via the blog, but were not aware that the blog exististed!
