Latest “toy”

Just a short entry today and I blame it on my latest “toy” … I am a “born again mind mapper” and have found mind mapping to be useful for everything from to do lists, meeting summaries, to developing and presenting business plans.

So when I found www.prezi.com I was delighted … software that allows you to mind map and develop presentations all at the same time!!! Have had great fun playing around and using this for presentations I have had to give as well as another tool for mind mapping. My big concern though is that like most “technology” – be it hardware or software – I will only ever use 20% of what is offered??!! But then as long as 20% gives me 80% of the benefit … good old Pareto, the 80/20 rule is such a good excuse!
