One of Cynefin’s strengths is reflected in how other organizational methods and approaches, many with longer histories, draw on Cynefin to better understand why they are effective and to further improve their value delivery. Such methods include the Toyota Production System / Lean, Theory of Constraints, Agile, and Design Thinking.
As part of Cynefin’s 21 year celebration, we hosted a panel conversation exploring the impacts Cynefin has had across organizational performance improvement approaches and where even greater future potential lies in today’s operating context. To do this we brought together some of the leading thinkers and practitioners in this space and scheduled two sessions.
