Description
Our Combined BaseCamp offering is intended as fast-track, comprehensive introduction into the world of the Cynefin Co’s core frameworks, methods and tools. This BaseCamp covers the core Cynefin Co Methods and theory across two key streams – Narrative methods and SenseMaker, and complexity and Cynefin methods. In addition, we give a basic introduction to Estuarine Mapping.
Note this programme offers a unique fast-track combination of our Virtual Cynefin BaseCamp and our Virtual Narrative BaseCamp.
BaseCamps are targetted at helping consultants, managers, leaders, coaches and similar roles improve their current practice, be that in decision-making, resilience, planning and strategy, project management or people management. In an immersive experience of complexity, we introduce participants to the application of the Cynefin frameworks, tools and methods through first-person participation in a virtual environment facilitated by experienced Cynefin Co consultants.
