The Cynefin Co are the originators of a wide body of tools and methods, developed to support groups in their work with complex and complicated issues, falling broadly under the umbrella of complex facilitation. This base pack contains the key Cynefin and SenseMaker® based methods that we use most often in our work with clients and community groups.
This base pack is perfect for use with groups in workshops, planning or strategy sessions to unpick and plan for how to approach sticky problems, taking the task and hand and running scenarios for how to approach the issue utilising different approaches and methods. Each hexi has explanatory text and/or a QR link to our open-source wiki which contains the current version of the method, a full history of its development and tips and advice. In pre-ordering the kit you become a part of that wider community. This Hexi kit can be used in physical and virtual environments (virtual coming soon), allowing groups to work together on problems they face.
