Donna currently leads Learning and Training within The Cynefin Company, bringing her wide-ranging background in learning, product development, facilitation, and consulting to the task of helping extend the organisation’s training, learning and capability-building offerings.

Her focus is on utilising blended learning design and technology to open up access to information and learning to diverse audiences, supported by mentored application and communities of practice.

Donna holds a BA Honours in Politics and Journalism as well as a Masters in Business Administration from the University of the Witwatersrand, with specialisations in strategy, organisational development, culture and change. She was a part of the Cognitive Edge network for over 10 years prior to joining the team, applying the methods and theory in client engagements.
