Emma holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and MSc in Psychological Research specialising in Cognitive Neuroscience. Emma was offered the first internship at the Cynefin Centre in 2016 and has been working as a researcher and SenseMaker® practitioner ever since.
During her work at The Cynefin Centre, she has led SenseMaker® projects around the globe within governance and policy, semiotics, health, mental health and well-being, organisational culture and economic growth and social justice in developing countries.
Emma leads the Power, Discrimination and Conflict research programme at the Centre, as well as heading up the SenseMaker® virtual quickstart training.
