Julia is a qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and holds a certificate in Human Resources management from Leicester University. These enable her to keep the organisation’s finances and HR administration on the straight and narrow.

She has divided her working life between the Government funded NFP sector and smaller SME, entrepreneurial company finances. She has an MA in Chinese language and linguistics from Auckland University and a diploma in archaeology from Oxford. She finds working for The Cynefin Company an ideal blend of her skill-set and interest in applying academic thinking to the business environment.
