This report presents the findings of a MassSense study to understand expert perceptions on the Korean peninsula situation. Majority of the respondents felt that the initial global response should be to monitor and prepare for action, but there was no consensus on what the most influential actors would do. The study was conducted in conjunction with the 7th International Risk and Horizon Scanning Symposium (IRAHSS2017) hosted by the Singapore Government.
