The Royal College of Nursing is the world’s largest nursing union and professional body. They represent close to half a million nurses, student nurses, midwives and nursing support workers in the UK and internationally.
This publication is a summary report of a longitudinal oral history commissioned by RCN Northern Ireland to identify nurses’ experience of delivering care and treatment across a range of settings during the COVID-19 pandemic.
