SageCo an organisation that specialises in working with organisations to address the risks, challenges and opportunities of an aging workforce has launched a SenseMaker™ project with the Roads & Traffic Authority of NSW.

Catriona Byrne, Director of SageCo, said that the RTA Experience Collection Point provides an opportunity for every RTA employee to be involved in an organisation wide knowledge continuity project. The aim is to collect thousands of examples which will in time become a database of indexed anecdotes and case studies that might otherwise be lost to the RTA. These examples will form the basis of targeted knowledge transition activities to create a legacy and enable the future.
