This is a Wales Audit Office project which applied SenseMaker® to engage its staff to better understand their perceptions of working for the WAO. Staff across various roles shared 151 stories. Patterns gathered were explored using SenseMaker® Explorer and the observations made during the analysis is presented in this report.
