Web 2.0 Podcast reference for Hong Kong Conference

March 28, 2008

For those in Hong Kong (or elsewhere) who were intrigued, irritated or whatever my by views on Web 2.0 and its implications, you might want to look at this podcast in which I was interviewed by Jon Husband (himself no mean player in this field). I also raised yesterday some bigger issues on the role of the IT department which I will expand on soon (hopefully over the weekend). Kim’s prediction at the conference yesterday that IT departments would disappear is I think on the extreme end of a already provocative remark, but there are some major shifts and changes that need to be made. My slides from the event can be found here.
