Engaging employees in a down turn

January 24, 2009

post_office_tower2 An interesting event coming up on the 17th Feb at the BT Tower in London. It’s been sponsored by Sharon Darwent, now Head of Engagement at BT and a long standing colleague and friend. It is being organised by David Gurteen as a knowledge case. The overall theme is about keeping employees engaged during a downturn. I am scheduled to give an opening key note and I’m looking forward to it. Its a chance to apply naturalising sense-making to a current area of concern and I plan to stay around for the discussions. If you are interested in coming you can book here. Free lunch and no registration fee which is generous of BT
