Some people do say the nicest things

November 24, 2012

The following is a Strategic Planning Assumption from a recently published Gartner report: By 2016, the Cynefin framework will be used in 10% of IT operations organizations as a sensemaking methodology.  That would make be very proud, not just for myself but for Max, Cynthia and others involved in its creation and development over the years.  The report is a shade under $195 and is well written.  Worth the investment if you are trying to persuade someone to take complexity seriously.  Coupled with the HBR article and its various awards the collateral is improving for moving up the management train.

More detailed training is now available in the advanced classes and I plan to create a mixed software and consultancy offer around IT strategy specifically in the near future.
