Our next Cynefin Retreat goes to Eryri - also known as Snowdonia. In addition to it being Wales’ largest Natural Park, we selected Eryri because it is a place of our own multiple belongings – which is central to this year’s theme of how the mind, the body, and the world interact and shape one another.

This retreat is the first in a series that will continue across the year 2025 as a wider programme, stretching not just in the Retreat space itself but through webinars, seminars, and related events.

As part of our effort to rewild The Cynefin Company with the move away from the Cognitive Edge name, we have started focusing on our methods. We have spent much of our focus this year on producing and testing our Hexi facilitation kits.
