Lean & Complexity event

March 16, 2011

I’m looking forward to my keynote at the Lean Software & Systems conference in Long Beach California from May 3rd to 6th this year. I also have a whole day workshop on the application of CAS to Lean concepts which will pick up on AGILE and SCRUM. This is a community that has made considerable use of the Cynefin framework over recent years so it is going to goof to interact with some of that work. I am also going to build on the resilience and architecture not application themes of recent posts here. As a part of preparing for this I have done some specific work on methods which will see a first airing at the event. So if you were thinking of going but are undecided get on a book a place!

I’m completing some of my reading around the subject at the moment so any recommendations for blog postings, articles or books would be welcome. Also any questions, ideas or whatever are more than welcome.
