Based in Bristol UK, Natalie loves to understand the ‘organising of organisations’ and how the human systems within them work harmoniously or sometimes don’t.

After an BA in Business Studies, Natalie spent time working on Aerospace engineering and government infrastructure projects. However, her background is in community interest companies, not for profits and community action groups, where she has worked in various roles, from researcher through to creative director.

She has recently completed an MSc in Business management and used this at The Cynefin Company to segue into slightly less traditional aspects of management focusing on metaphors in leadership, technology adoption in the individual giving sector, and understanding alternative business models.
