The theme for #IWD2022 is #BreakTheBias. As a team where over 65% of our staff are female, we’re no strangers to the discrimination that women face on a daily basis. Whether deliberate or unconscious, bias makes it difficult for women to move ahead.
Knowing that bias exists isn’t enough, action is needed to level the playing field. We have designed this SenseMaker® pulse because we are interested in hearing about people’s experiences of gender bias and supporting people and organisations in tackling this issue. Together we can forge women’s equality. Collectively we can all #BreakTheBias.
