As part of our Meetup series unpacking the Actants framework of Constraints, Constructors and Actors (CCA)… in this Meetup we’ll take a deeper look at Constructors, unpacking this concept and exploring the theory and application with Dave Snowden and the Cynefin Co Team
Constructors are a key to understanding the possibilities to shape and create replicability in complex systems, as they enable local transformations with a high degree of consistency. Types of constructors include transformation by passage (e.g. via a ritual or process) as well as contagion and the presence or absence of certain roles.
These Deep Dive Meetups are open-ended journeys of co-discovery, with our team bringing core ideas and methodologies, but also open to your questions and curiosities. Meetups will be recorded for members who cannot attend the specific time slot.
