  • Principles of complex facilitation and consultation, to guide effective application of the kits for collective sense-making and engagement with clients (specific to each pack)
  • How to engage and shift groups between assessment, sense-making, reflection and planning activities, utilising the facilitation kits and core facilitation approaches
  • Training format will be a blended learning programme, including weekly live calls  facilitated by Dave Snowden and Cynefin Co staff
  • Monthly ongoing clinics support users post-training, allowing for application guidance and Q&A with Cynefin Co faculty and fellow practitioners
  • Participants are also invited to join the Cynefin wiki and facilitation kits user community, for ongoing co-creation, learning and support
  • Limited group sizes allow for hands-on application discussions, sharing of cases and client challenges, and advice from Cynefin Co staff and fellow practitioners

  • This training is not intended as an introduction to the Cynefin framework or principles of anthro-complexity. We request that you complete a BaseCamp or online Foundations training before engaging with Facilitation Kits – see our training page for more details.
