We have two courses coming up this month which are new both in terms of form, but also content. Both orientated to interventions, and how to make things work.

The new advanced course takes place in Washington next Monday/Tuesday and is jointly taught by myself and Michael. If you miss that then the next one is in June in London. I'm note sure we have the title right here as its more a how to make things work in a complex situation course. So while it assumes some familiarity with Cynefin and a buy in to the idea that complexity is important you don't have to have been on the basic accreditation course to come. Some of the new biological models will be there, a step by step process to using Cynefin in an organisation, principles of interventions in a complex space and some methods linked to change perspectives and empower communities to get their own solutions together. The agenda on the web site is indicative of what will be covered. Still some places on the Washington event and existing network members get discounts etc. as you know.

Irene Guijlt and I will be running a two day course in Den Haag 24th to 25th May specifically for the development community around SenseMaker®. It's a hands on event focused on three actual projects to understand not only how to use SenseMaker® as is, but to define some of the monitoring and impact measurement needs required for this sector in the future. That one is not on the public programme but you can email me me if you are interested. Price on that is a break even €400 as it is a development event around the Development Sector!
I'll be back to more content orientated blogs tomorrow, and reflecting on New York and Washington next week.
