This Hexi pack offers the various elements of the Scrum and Agile processes, broken down to a useful level of granularity. This allows your team to decompose existing Agile processes and frameworks and create their multi-method solutions for innovation.
Over the last three years, a small number of people and organisations have been looking at how we can shift to a ‘best of breed’, multi-method approach to agility that moves beyond a simple, defined process into something more co-evolutionary and highly adaptive to provide a better flow of value.
At the heart of this is complex adaptive systems theory, which understands scale not as some form of aggregation and repetition but more like DNA, a process of decomposition and recombination that allows context-specific solutions to be created. This ‘best of breed’ method is something called Hexi.
This product is in the development phase, and we are taking registrations of interest for the first 1,000 orders. Prices quoted here are indicative, as costs are still subject to confirmation of final product specifications. Prices are does not include shipping and taxes.
